Senator Ryan, the Public Utility Law Project (PULP), and partners will host a free utility assistance clinic at the Fulton War Memorial. Residents can check eligibility for programs such as National Grid’s Energy Affordability Program, monthly bill discounts, energy efficiency programs, and more.
Trained advocates will review utility bills, help customers confirm enrollment in low- and moderate-income discount programs, provide information on home insulation assistance, and answer utility-related questions. National Grid representatives will also be available to discuss payment agreements, budget billing, and other account options.
Attendees should bring their utility bill, valid ID, and, if possible, a benefits award letter for programs such as HEAP, SNAP, or SSI.
